COVID-19 is a great time to be switching to digital! It is much more cost-effective to use a digital mailing list/Listserv. Internet Ministries has resources for setting up a Listserv and other email services for Free at you parish. Click "Internet Ministries" above and scroll down their page to view all of their available resources. Otherwise, online mailing services such as MailChimp can be used. Additionally, it saves time and effort of adding address labels, etc.

Turn your ministry digital! Hold Zoom sessions for youth/young adult meetings (GOYA, Telos, etc.) Especially in a COVID-19 era, turning Sunday School Virtual is an imperative process to keep the youth connected to their faith. Additionally, creating Facebook Groups to keep organizations connected can be extremely helpful and organized.
